The system creates a standalone system that enables a store to schedule its items purchase operations based on the daily update of sales from its customers. Once the sales figures of items reaches minimum stock availability figure, purchase order for the deficient items would be automatically placed. This application also gives a pictorial representation of the sales and stock of the store. Pictorial representation helps the store keeper to analyze the sales and stock of a product.

This application has two users Administrator and Cashier. The administrator can enter the new stock details view the graphical representation. Administrator can enter the selling price and cost price to track the profit and loss. The cashier can only bill the products bought by a customer.

The automatic purchase order for the deficient products is placed by an SMS and email alert.

This application requires internet connection to place the SMS and email purchase order alerts.
